Is the Bike Arm Adapter the right fit for you?

Find Your Fit

Every rider is different. Our Fit & Compatibility Guide helps you explore socket sizing, bicycle compatibility, and other considerations before purchasing.

Finding the right fit starts with five simple measurements. Follow the instructions below to measure the length and circumference of your below-elbow limb difference using a flexible measuring tape.

Have your measurements ready before completing the form and scheduling your consultation. Don’t worry if you have questions! Your Form5 Ride Guide will help you through the process.

Length Measurements

Using a flexible measuring tape, measure the length of both forearms. For the arm with a below-elbow limb difference, measure from the elbow crease to the end of the limb.

Circumference Measurements

Use fabric measuring tape to record forearm circumferences on residual limb side. For C2 place tape halfway between C1 and C3.

Note: If the residual limb is less than 5 inches, you may only need to complete the C1 and C2 measurements.

NOW, LET'S ROLL!

You’re one step closer to riding! Complete the form below with your rider information and five measurements. Then, schedule a consultation with a Form5 Ride Guide to discuss fit, compatibility, and next steps toward purchasing.
