In 2017, at just 14 years old, Aaron Westbrook founded Form5 with a simple mission: to empower individuals with limb differences through life-changing solutions. What began with a 3D printer in his basement and a vision rooted in his own experience of living with a limb difference has since grown into a movement. Today, Form5 has served hundreds across the country, sparked innovation, and inspired a new generation of changemakers.

This September, Aaron is taking on his most personal challenge yet—riding 190 miles from Indianapolis to Columbus using Form5’s Bike Arm Adapter. The ride—Miles That Matter—is more than a test of endurance. It is a celebration of innovation, a testament to the power of inclusive design, and a reminder of what is possible when communities come together.

Why Every Mile Matters

Aaron’s goal is ambitious: to raise $100,000 through Miles That Matter. These funds will fuel Form5’s next chapter by:

  • Expanding education workshops to inspire and equip young changemakers.
  • Accelerating research and development to design and deliver new assistive devices.
  • Growing impact so more individuals with limb differences can access solutions that fit their lives.

This ride is more than a test of endurance. It’s a reminder of how far Form5 has come—and a bold step toward how far it can go with the support of a passionate community.

The Journey

Over the course of four days, Aaron will bike across two states—powered by the same determination that sparked Form5’s beginning:

Day One (48 miles): Indianapolis → Richmond, IN

Day Two (48 miles): Richmond → Urbana, OH

Day Three (48 miles): Urbana → Columbus, OH

Day Four (46 miles): Columbus → Westerville

Crossing the Finish Line

The journey will culminate in a community celebration where supporters can come together to honor Aaron’s achievement and Form5’s mission:

Location: North High Brewing – 250 S State St, Westerville, OH

Date: Saturday, September 13th

Time: 4:30 – 9:00 PM

A portion of food and drink sales will be donated to Form5, making it the perfect opportunity to celebrate, connect, and give back.
